Why Is Learning Javanese Important

    

Language is the mean of communication. Each region in Indonesia has their own languages. Most people in Indonesia hear about Javanese, Bataks, Sundanese, and Indonesian language. However Javanese include the important language in Indonesian especially in Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java.

          Javanese is a soft and polite language. Most of old people always use Javanese.

          There are many styles in Javanese to use such as Ngoko and Krama. Ngoko is used by people in their age or their level. Krama is used by young people to communicate with older people or to people which higher level.

         That is why Javanese is one of polite language? Because it is spoken to a different style. According to their age and level. It makes that Javanese people treat other people well. So that, they have high respectation and hospitality.

          Javanese is one of Indonesian regional language, but recently many people of Javanese itself cannot speak Javanese. As we know many foreign people learn Javanese language.

          What make them interested to learn Javanese language? Truly, what do they think about Javanese itself. Maybe, they think Javanese is an interested language.

          As a soft and polite language has a high value in life. It is necessary to preserve Javanese language.
